Program Overview:
- Shed unwanted body fat with a combination of 3 days of body sculpting, and 3 days of heart rate controlled conditioning
- The ability to feel good AND look good
- Classes that will be structured around perfect form for optimal muscular development and heart rate controlled conditioning to enhance your fitness level
- Each person in Peak will own a monitor that tracks your heart rate, calories burned, and efforts put in during the duration of each workout so we know when to motivate you to push a little harder to help you reach your goal!
Light resistance will be used with dumbbells, kettlebells and bands. Program will be safe and monitored by our expert coaching staff.

GYMNASTICS CLASS
PREREQUISITE: For Those wanting to be a improve the ability to move there own body weight.
Every Tuesday and Wenesday Coach Angel at 6:00pm has an incredible course available to all skill levels geared towards progressing through the fundamentals of gymnastics and building up into the Higher skill movements. Come work with one of the best gymnastics coaches in all of CrossFit.

PREREQUISITE: For Those wanting to improve their skills in the Olympic lifts
These are every Tuesday night at 6:00 pm and Saturday morning at 9:00am. These classes are geared towards improving both the technique of the high skill Olympic Lifts while improving
Dynamic Strength. These classes are a part of the monthly membership but we welcome drop ins as well! Come throwdown with best coaches in West Palm Beach.

We here at the The CrossFit Squad have teamed up with dietician Karen Hartung, She evaluates and helps our coaches effectively build and counsel people into a healthy lifestyle.
The nutrition counseling includes:
- 30 minute consultation with measurements and weigh-in
- 15 minute FaceTime/telephone check-in per week
- Email access with response within 24 hours
- Macros or meal plan suggestions

- A thoughtfully designed program for those looking to step on the competition floor and take their athletic ability to its full capacity.
- The training blocks will consist of 3 phases. Phase 1- Build phase Phase 2- Taper phase, and Phase 3- Test phase.
- This program is not for everyone, you will need to apply and meet certain standards to be accepted in this program. You will suffer through many workouts; it won’t be easy; but WE will NEVERSTOP until YOU are on top.
