Each person in Peak will own a monitor that tracks your heart rate, calories burned, and efforts put in during the duration of each workout so we know when to motivate you to push a little harder to help you reach your goal! Light resistance will be used with dumbbells, kettlebells and bands. Program will be safe and monitored by our expert coaching staff.
