Congratulations on making what may be the best decision you have ever made for your health and fitness.

If you do not have prior CrossFit experience you will be required to complete a 90 minute mandatory ‘ON-RAMP’ (intro) class for CrossFit. (This class is not required for Bootcamp)

Here you will learn all the important olympic and barbell lifts as well as some of the most frequent body weight foundational movements that we do in CrossFit while keeping safety in mind. At the end of the On-Ramp class you will perform a WOD (Workout Of the Day) that will include the moves learned that day.

The On-Ramp Program has 2 options.

This is a 90 minute course, and is also your FREE TRIAL to CrossFit.

Class runs Sunday from 8:30am – 10:00am.

You MUST complete this class before you are eligible to enter the general training classes.

If you are unable to attend this class, you can schedule the missed session with a trainer (at your convenience) for $50.

We do not expect anybody to become an expert in these core moves in just 90 minutes BUT you will have a basic understanding of the moves prior to attending a CrossFit class.
