At The CrossFit Squad, our group CF classes are a thoughtful mix of constantly varied movements that are fully scalable to any individual that has prior CF experience; or has graduated our Bootcamp or Foundations class.
Fully scalable means that we can work with anyone’s fitness abilities, age, range of motion and adjust accordingly so that everyone gets an amazing workout each & every time.
This works both ways; we not only scale to adjust for folks that are newer but, for the firebreathers out there – your Professional coaches will be able to make sure you are properly challenged as well! #NotGettingAwayThatEasy
